How's 是 How is 的缩写。It's sunny, but it's windy.
现在晴朗，但有风。
It's 后接天气形容词；but 连接两种情况。The forecast says it may rain tomorrow.
预报说明天可能下雨。
may 表示可能，并非确定发生。We can use the indoor rack if it's too windy.
如果风太大，可以用室内晾衣架。

现在天气与预报的区别
- 描述眼前天气可说 It's sunny. / It's windy.；不要在形容词前加 a。
- 说将来的预报可用 The forecast says it may rain tomorrow.；may rain 表示可能下雨，不等于已经下雨。
- Is the wind strong right now? 用来询问眼前风势；回答 Not right now.。安排活动前还应核对当时实际天气。
